Grievance Redressal Cell

A Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted in the college to resolve day-to-day problems and grievances of students in accordance with the regulations of University Grants Commission. This cell aims to look into complaints lodged by any student and solve it on the basis of prevailing rules and regulations.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell

• To maintain a fair, unbiased, and consistent system for redressal of various issues faced by the students.
• To keep it strict confidential so that students can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell without any fear.
• To maintain a friendly environment and cordial relationship between the students and faculty without giving any chance to widen the gap between them that may arise because of certain simple misunderstandings.
• To ascertain that immediate suitable actions are taken to address the issues depending upon the nature of the grievance.

Procedure and Mechanism for Redressal of Grievances

• The Grievance Redressal Cell has been formed solely to address the grievances of the students which arise then and there.
• The students can either drop their grievance letters in the complaint boxes provided in our campus or send online by filling google form. The link of the google form is available on our website.
• All the grievances dropped in the complaint boxes and responses received through google forms will be collected every month and will be analyzed by the committee and suitable actions will be taken to solve the grievances if found genuine.
• On receipt of the grievances the Grievance Redressal Cell scrutinizes, analyzes carefully and discusses with the concerned person to find out on amicable solution without affecting the interests of both the parties.
• The students are fully free to submit their grievances regarding academic or personal matters. A formal review meeting will be convened to deliberate the proceedings of the grievance received from the student.
• If the grievances are not found to be reasonable, the students are to be explained about the reason. In all cases, Grievance Redressal Cell will keep all the information strict confidential.
