Dr. Archana Gupta

I am a faculty in Chemistry Department, Daulat Ram College working as Associate Professor. I joined the college in August 1993 on Ad-hoc basis and later got permanent in July 1996. Prior to this, I had served for one year in Dyal Singh College (Temporary) and Hindu College (part-time), Delhi University.

I have done graduation and post-graduation from Hindu College, University of Delhi. I was awarded Ph.D. in May 1992 by University of Delhi. I have been University position holder for three years of my graduation. I qualified NET in 1986 conducted by UGC as well as CSIR. My area of specialization is Organic Chemistry. I have three publications in peer-reviewed journals and one conference proceeding(international) in my name.

I have twenty-nine years of teaching experience and have contributed to growth of College by serving in various capacities as Teacher-in-charge(4 times), convenor(2022-23) and member of Admission committee, member of IQAC(2 years)& Teaching program committee, students amenities committee(co-convenor) and various other committees.
