Prof. Deepshikha Mahanta Bortamuly

Prof. Deepshikha Mahanta Bortamuly is a Professor in the Department of English, Daulat Ram College. She has been publishing on literary and socio-cultural issues for over two decades. For her PhD, she explored various types of discourses to arrive at one synthetic approach, which can critically engage with diverse manifestations of Discourse. Her research interests include Critical Discourse Analysis, Folklore Studies, Postcolonialism, Assamese Language and Literature, Medical Humanities, Digital Humanities and other emerging areas of research.
