Incrementum, the annual career and internship fair organized by the Placement Cell of Daulat Ram College, is held with great zeal and enthusiasm. The fair provides students with a platform to explore various career opportunities and secure jobs and internships with reputed organizations. Vriddhi has successfully conducted 9 editions of Incrementum.
Incrementum witnesses substantial participation from students, highlighting their eagerness to explore career prospects and secure internships. Every year, on an average over 2,400 students register for the fair, creating a vibrant and competitive environment. The event attracts participation from 45+ companies across various industries. Some notable companies that have been on board include Unstop, Arihant, Muthoot Finance, HireDesigners among others.
Incrementum 9.0 was successfully organized on the 11th of February at the sports ground of the college. The event took place on the lush grounds of the college, with more than 2,400 students from Delhi NCR registering for the event. Over 40 companies participated, representing various industries and domains. A Pre-Incrementum event, a one-on-one CV vetting session, was conducted offline in Rangshala. Under the National Education Policy (NEP), where more than 10 companies provided internship opportunities. Proving to be a great success, Incrementum 9.0 was a conducive forum for students seeking internship and recruitment opportunities.
