Dr. Astha Saklani

Dr. Astha Saklani has taught English at various colleges including Miranda House and Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at Daulat Ram College. Her PhD from the Department of English, University of Delhi, was on the print culture of Uttarakhand in the last decade of the twentieth century. Her areas of interest include Print Culture and Book Trade, Environmental Humanities, Postcolonial Literatures and Early Modern British Literature. She has received prestigious fellowships like the UGC-JRF and Charles Wallace Short Term Grant by the British Council.
