Ms. Nishtha Kishore

Nishtha Kishore is an Assistant Professor at Daulat Ram College, North Campus, Delhi University. She is also a doctoral candidate in English Literature from the Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi. She completed her bachelors from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and her masters from the Centre for English Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her research interests lie in the spatial intervention and generational relevance of Anita Desai’s fiction vis-a-vis reception of Indian English Fiction writers and to identify such writings in a possible third culture and third space spectrum. The identity constructs and character formations of such specimens in Indian-English fiction studies.
